Why attend?

IMPACT 2024 is designed to help you calibrate your E&C program.  As a participant, you will learn from best practice organizations and engage in data-driven discussions about ways to address areas of challenge. You will walk away with ideas, metrics, and a network of peers that will help you improve your efforts in your workplace.

IMPACT will provide you the opportunity to:

• Assess your E&C program design (prior to the conference) using ECI’s Program Assessment tool;
• Bring your results to the event (or get them on site), and learn about ways to improve from professionals who are experts on best-in-class programs;
• Receive benchmarks on industry practices that address new areas of risk;
• Network, exchange ideas, and enjoy the company of peers in a setting that encourages collegiality and community. 

PLUS, at IMPACT this year you will participate in the launch of a new era for the E&C profession. You will:

• Provide input on what is fast becoming the industry-driven standard for excellence in E&C;
• Help establish a certification process for organizations that follow the industry-driven standard.

The IMPACT Agenda:

• 4 plenary sessions focusing on innovation, enforcement activities, and “what’s on the horizon” for E&C;
• 12 best practice showcase sessions for smaller-group discussion about program challenges, and best practice, based on participants’ aggregate assessment results;
• A “benchmarking bonanza” where you will receive new benchmarks based on program activities across the profession;
• Dedicated sessions to advance the industry’s definition of excellence, and to solidify the certification process;
• Opportunities to meet new colleagues, get insights from leading vendors/consultants, and have fun in sunny Orlando!
